Arbitration shall be conducted in Nashville, Tennessee, by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute will be brought on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any representative proceeding against Home Service Premier Pros.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the Site, and they supersede any prior agreements or communications.
